Physcical Fitness Trainer and DVR
Posted by: | Comments
I had another appointment with DVR today and presented my vocational decision to my counselor. Both my psychiatrist and my DVR counselor feel that I have made a good decision. I have decided that because I am in excellent physical condition, I should probably take full of advantage of that fact. I decided that I am going to pursue a career as a physical fitness trainer. The credentials required to become a trainer are not that extensive. If my new brain serving me adequately I believe the certification process is only 6 months. I have interpersonal commcommunication skill> already. I am very comfortable talking to a large group of people, I am persuasive, I am extroverted and I know how to sell. Plus I am in the physically fit. Being physical fitness trainer would release me free from the confines of a desk and relieve me of the mental tasks required to be competent in that kind of environment.

Kip White Coldwell Banker Bain
Posted by: | Comments
I have been involved in the Seattle real estate market for the past 18 years. I started in Property Management in 1987 while earning a BFA degree from Cornish College of the Arts, where I studied Interior Design with an emphasis on Interior Architecture.
I remained in Property Management and at the pinnacle of my career was responsible for more than 2,000 rental units in 8 buildings in the downtown Seattle market. In early 2006 I made a career “adjustment”, selling real estate with Coldwell Banker Bain.
My past real estate experience has taught me about many aspects of real estate that are invaluable, including;
Pricing
Curb appeal
Attention to detail
Financial aspects of real estate
Building construction
Constant clear communication
Conflict resolution
My interpersonal commcommunication skill> have been finely honed over the years, giving my clients an edge when negotiating a sale or purchase of real estate. I enjoy the attention to detail and keeping clients informed on every step of the process.
My life philosophy is to laugh often, smile a lot, give back more than I get and build wonderful, long-lasting relationships. I look forward to helping you, your family and friends with any real estate needs you might have.
